Chicago Pneumatic, since 1901 a quality leader in performance air tools, has announced the new CP7782 series of 1” impact wrenches for truck and heavy vehicle tire shop mechanics, including the CP7782 and the CP7782-6 models. Both impact wrenches feature the highest reverse impact torque, 2140 ft-lbs.(2900 Nm) of any wrench in class, yet are extremely durable.

The CP7782 is available for those who prefer a shorter one-inch extension. Excellent for heavy vehicle maintenance. A six-inch extension  CP7782-6 is also available

All models boast ergonomic features such as an angled down exhaust, blowing away the air from the operator’s workplace and an easily adjustable soft-touch grip side handle to enable convenient right- or left-handed use to meet individual preferences.

To increase the lifetime of the range, the series integrates a shock absorbing bumper protecting both the application and the tool. Finally, the operation is made easy by having a forward/reverse regulator integrating three power settings in both directions and the trigger features full teasing for smooth tightening.
