This product is designed for heavy duty truck, trailer workshop shop use, rail and bus work and even for roadside service calls. The narrow chassis design fits easily between tandem wheels, while the chassis base is contoured so wheels make contact with the ground when the jack is not under load.

Wheels are raised off the ground when under load to prevent damage. The overload and bypass safety valves prevent the jack from being used beyond its rated capacity and ram over-extensions. The jack has a self-retracting ram, as well as an integrated filter to protect the air motor. Super Heavy Duty, 2 Stage 25 Tonne and 10 Tonne built tough for the rigors of heavy-duty trucking, agricultural and fleet businesses.

The piston head seal design is borrowed from industrial technology providing a superior low and high-pressure seal, giving this jack a much better hold under severe load conditions.

The extra-long 138cm handle can be locked in 3 positions for easy positioning of this jack in hard-to-reach places. An integral Descent Metering Valve maintains a controlled and safe lowering of the load.

Single piece base construction provides superior strength for increased load stability Double polished chromed pistons allow for much tighter tolerances which reduce oil bypassing and reduced ram scoring.

Air assisted lowering speeds up ram retraction.

Built-in overload safety valve prevents damage to unit due to excessive load. Comes with 2 extensions (75mm & 45mm) and saddle adaptor.

Units are tested to -25 ̊C and +45 ̊C as well as off centre loading to ensure a long life under even the harshest conditions.
